Bailey Kursar is an independent consultant, fintech enthusiast, and financial inclusion advocate. Since 2010, Bailey has worked in fintech, and in financial inclusion since 2018. In 2018, Bailey founded Toucan, a tech-for-good company that used Open Banking to help people with long-term mental health conditions manage their money with support from family and friends; Toucan ceased trading in 2022. Since then, Bailey has worked as an independent consultant on financial inclusion projects, offering skills in tech and product design to organizations such as Impact on Urban Health, TISA, Fair By Design, the University of Edinburgh, and the Money Advice Trust.
