Kristian Glass works at the intersection of tech, people, and systems, helping organizations scale and transform. He has experience building and growing teams, designing and operating production web services, and leading GDPR and PCI-DSS compliance work. Since 2015, he has been running internationally-distributed teams, creating diverse and inclusive organizations. He is currently seeking a tech leadership role and offers interim and advisory services through Moorhen Solutions Ltd. Kristian is a Fellow of the Python Software Foundation, an Individual Member of the Django Software Foundation, and the treasurer of PyCon UK since 2016. He is also a founder and trustee of the UK Python Association.
