Ashley Winkler, also known as Ash, is a freelance full-stack product designer with over 10 years of experience. Based in Vienna, Austria, she works remotely, specializing in complex and technical products, large scalable design systems, and people-focused digital experiences. Ash is a creative native, illustrator, design system consultant, entrepreneur, miniature maker, raconteuse, and artist. She is a business-minded and code-adjacent designer who values usability, inclusivity, accessibility, and equality, designing for people, not users. Ashley is currently on sabbatical and will be available for long-term projects from March 2026.
