Jason Murray is a technology pioneer, InfoSec Director, and father of two. He works to improve cybersecurity, the Internet, and the lives of those around him. From a young age, he was immersed in the online world, eventually running his own BBS. He is an opensource evangelist, with a focus on Linux and Internet-connected services. Currently, he works for Washington University in St. Louis as the Senior Director of Security Operations and Engineering, leading a team to defend the university from cyber threats. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the world, backpacking, and volunteering.
