Marcel Ventosa is the founder-architect and CEO of Chenla Agathos Solutions in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He focuses on building processes, rituals, and a culture of ownership within his company. Marcel is a construction and project systems consultant with an owner’s representative mindset. He is an infrastructure pragmatist, prioritizing free software and federated systems. Marcel is interested in systems thinking and humane technology, drawing inspiration from thinkers like Ivan Illich. He is also a father and enjoys spending time with his family.

Andrej Uličný is a copywriter, digital nomad, and voluntaryist. He has a background as a health coach, sales professional, and marketer. He spent 3.5 years in cryptocurrency media with Altcoin Buzz, leading marketing campaigns for crypto projects. Currently, he heads marketing at Wanchain, a company focused on blockchain bridges. Born in Slovakia, he currently lives in Cambodia. He also writes poetry and co-created a talk show called Balcony Show.
