Michael de la Maza is a Professor of Business Analytics and Machine Learning at Hult International Business School. His research focuses on understanding why high-potential corporate management teams underperform and developing data-driven interventions to optimize their effectiveness. He holds a PhD in Machine Learning from MIT and is an Amazon bestselling author. Michael is also an angel investor and founder of Immaculate Conception Ventures, with a portfolio that includes four unicorn investments from seed stage. He co-founded companies acquired by Oracle and Microsoft. He is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach and has guided digital transformations at industry leaders. Outside of his professional pursuits, Michael competes as a master’s long jumper, ranked in the top 25 in the USA for his age group.

Daniel Wildt is a content creator and entrepreneur focused on building communities through his various projects. He writes on his blog, maintains a Telegram channel, and has a YouTube channel. He also runs crowdfunding projects in both Portuguese and English. Daniel is involved with uMov.me, supporting business transformation, and Wildtech, where he creates learning initiatives in agile, UX, time management, and entrepreneurship. He is also developing a course subscription club at Wildtech. Daniel is interested in topics such as psychological safety, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and vulnerability, and emphasizes the importance of being authentic and finding a sense of belonging.

Peter Kappus is a UK-based organisational development coach. He uses OKRs and agile practices to help teams maximise clarity, delivery, and joy. For more than 25 years, he’s been an engineer, project, programme, portfolio manager, facilitator, trainer, coach and transformation consultant helping teams in world-leading organisations to improve how they work and achieve better outcomes. He helps teams get clear on what they're doing, why they're doing it, and how to get better at doing it. He uses Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), lean/agile methods, and inclusive facilitation tools like Liberating Structures. His clients include the UK Government, Doctors Without Borders (MSF), and the Wikimedia Foundation.

Keith Fowler is a seasoned marketer, qualified at postgraduate level with experience gained in the full marketing mix; blending both digital and traditional methods. He is an experienced Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing & Agile Practitioner. He also holds a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring. Keith understands the importance of building strong relationships in an increasingly demanding marketplace and is deeply passionate about using his skills to help create and sustain social value, build communities and connect people. He was involved with Worthing Dads, a group he created for stay-at-home dads. He is also involved with The Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust.

Daniel Barreto is an engineer and a graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. He is a Scrum Master at 352 Inc. and was previously part of Mindtree's Global Agile Center of Excellence. Daniel has experience in Lean processes, software consulting/development, building customer relationships, and technical sales. He is a certified Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Practitioner, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Daniel enjoys dancing and traveling.

Charlie M O Wood is a dual British/Czech citizen who speaks Czech and Russian. He has been in the technical industry for seven years because he loves to learn. He has worked on projects and has samples of his technical writing available. He also has writings from when he was learning to code.
