Jeffrey Penner grew up on a dairy farm in Nebraska and dreamed of farming. He pursued a degree in Computer Science and has worked as a computer programmer and database administrator. He loves being outside in nature. He feels blessed to combine his love for computer programming and farming. He is married to Lorraine Penner. Lorraine Penner grew up in California and moved to Nebraska. She had no farm experience until May 2020 when they started the farm. She finds farming and caring for livestock rewarding. Together, they run Shalom Farms.
