Victoria Tretis is a certified coach specializing in working with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD, ASD, and who are Highly Sensitive People (HSP). With over 800 hours of experience, she coaches individuals and teams to improve productivity, profitability, and impact. Victoria also works with line managers of neurodivergent employees. She is an LGBTQ+ ally committed to creating a safe and inclusive space. Much of her work is via the UK’s Access to Work scheme. Victoria helps clients understand themselves and others better, focusing on strategies to support productivity and communication.
