Youri Cviklinski is a Sydney-based creative marketing leader with over 15 years of international experience in entertainment, media, consumer goods, and tech. He specializes in brand awareness, audience growth, and engagement strategies. Youri has led creative and cross-functional teams across France and Australia, working with brands such as Optus, Red Bull, and Canal+. He is known for crafting content, events, digital experiences, and storytelling narratives. Youri leverages data-driven insights to reinforce brand identity and foster consumer loyalty, driving innovation across all media channels. He is passionate about exploring new ideas and taking calculated risks.

Adam Reed Rozan is a museum professional, educator, and writer based in Washington, D.C. He currently works at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History. His work focuses on audience and civic engagement, staff learning and culture, and Gen Z participation. He is a founding and steering committee member of the International Audience Engagement (IAE) Network and serves on the CoMuseum International Advisory Board. In the United States, he serves as National Programming Chair for Made By Us and as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Lead for Civic Season. He previously taught a course on museum audience engagement at Harvard University’s Extension School. In 2025, he received the Smithsonian Education Achievement Award for founding the Staff Learning Series. In 2023, he was named one of Blooloop’s Top Ten Museum Influencers. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Museum Studies from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in studio art from Elon University.
