Laure Marin de la Vallée works 1-on-1 with clients in Somatic Massage Therapy and Ayurvedic Consulting in Montreal and online. Living with chronic illness for 25 years, she writes about autoimmune remission, philosophy, traditional medicine, and joyful embodiment. Her approach involves exploring life as an archaeological dig, moving away from a war-zone mentality towards the body. Laure's practice is influenced by Contact Improvisation, Taiji, Qigong, Tuina, Craniosacral Therapy, the Feldenkrais Method, the Alexander Technique, and Focusing. She is also the Adjunct Director of the Académie Québécoise d’Ayurveda, where she is completing her certification as an Ayurvedic Naturopath.
