Jeff Brozena is a PhD candidate at Penn State University in the Wellbeing and Health Innovation Lab, advised by Dr. Saeed Abdullah. His research focuses on technical human-computer interaction for serious mental illness, specifically how financial technology can address the financial challenges faced by individuals with bipolar disorder. Jeff's work is supported by the National Science Foundation via the Graduate Research Fellowship Program. Previously, he led the digital transformation of Smiles 4 Keeps Pediatric Dentistry. He is also an advocate for mental health issues and founded Penn State’s Active Minds chapter in 2010.
