Alastair Johnston writes about living well. He focuses on doing good work, living life to the full, being healthier and happier, living with a small footprint, simplicity, and adventure. He is a middle-aged family man with a job, wife, kids, and dogs. In his day job, he works at a major UK charity leading a team to recruit and support volunteers and fundraising groups. He designed the Alastair method for the Bullet Journal community. He is also a photographer.
