Jodi is the founder of Legal Nomads, a website that began in 2008 as a way to share her travels with friends and family during a sabbatical from her career as a lawyer. The sabbatical turned into a new career focused on food, travel, and photography. As a celiac, Jodi created gluten-free travel guides to help others navigate food safely while traveling. In 2017, a medical procedure led to a chronic spinal CSF leak, which changed her life and travels. Legal Nomads now shares lessons from the road, gluten-free travel guides, and resources for those wanting to leave the practice of law. She also shares resources about coping with grief and chronic pain on a sister site. Jodi is currently the Board President for the Spinal CSF Leak Foundation.
