Maya Frost is a Collapse Companion, Creative Disruptor, Adaptation Activist, and Imaginative Futurist. She helps collapse-aware women in 20 countries turn their grief into grounded gratitude, joyful resistance, new energy, and impactful local projects. Maya learned to live inside collapse long before she had language for it. Experiencing grief from a young age, she learned that the body notices first, small actions matter, and companionship makes courage possible. She works as a companion, walking with women as they decide how they want to live fully now, turning truth into transformative moments of human connection.
