Adam Westbrook is a British artist, filmmaker, and journalist based in London. He specializes in making creative and visual nonfiction videos. He is a Staff Producer at The New York Times Opinion, where he writes, directs, and edits videos. His video, Operation Infektion, was nominated for two Emmy Awards. Adam also explores personal themes in his comic short stories. He writes The Third Something, a newsletter about visual storytelling and the creative life.

Michi Mathias is an illustrator and comic artist who enjoys creating detailed, accurate, and slightly wonky visuals to make complicated concepts clear. She specializes in informational illustration using ink and watercolour. Michi aims to improve understanding through engaging illustrations, especially for environmental, educational, and social projects. Her published work includes DIY Vegan Cooking and illustrations for various books and magazines. She has also self-published several works, including JJ's Graphic Recipes and various zines and comics. Michi has exhibited her work in galleries and has participated in speaking engagements and interviews. She is currently working on a graphic novel.

Wargaluk is ill at ease and not their usual self. They are Polish, male, and 37 years old. They work as a freelance book designer and typesetter. Wargaluk has a master’s degree in philosophy and dropped out of two other university programs, as well as a PhD program in philosophy. They are decidedly introverted and solitary but have deep and strong bonds with the few people who are important to them. Wargaluk lives a simple life on the margins, away from the main currents, and doesn’t pursue excitement, variety, luxury, or prestige. They are sensitive to beauty in nature and art and appreciate the aesthetic dimension of life.
