Serhiy Koffi works at the intersection of culture, volunteerism, and community development. He has experience organizing support programs for internally displaced people, moderating film events, working with children in Plast, and implementing numerous initiatives in the charitable sector. He values systematic approaches, humanity, and meaningful projects. In every process, he seeks a balance between creativity and structure, and believes in the power of small steps and responsible partnerships. He is a volunteer at the Shelter Plus charitable foundation, Plast, and is a regional coordinator for the Traveling Docudays UA documentary film festival.
