Richard Audette is a computing generalist based in Toronto, Canada. He is a husband and parent of two teens. He posts about things he builds, mostly small embedded computing or web projects, and a little bit about cybersecurity and work on his website, Hotel Existence. He can be found on Github, LinkedIn, Mastodon, and YouTube. He has been interviewed on the podcast, The Inquisitive Analyst, twice, once in 2021 about his career experience in FinTech and again in 2024 about maximizing productivity with limited resources.

Marcus is a self-described geek who received late-life diagnoses of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He enjoys photography, astronomy, astrophotography, Lego, and pets. He is passionate about computers, starting with early programming experiences and progressing to Unix, Linux, and OpenBSD. He is interested in sharing his thoughts and experiences on neurodiversity to help others understand themselves or others.
