Computing Education Websites

Lara Schenck (also known as Lara Karki) is a PhD student in the Human-Centered Computing program at Georgia Tech, working with the DataWorks team and Dr. Betsy DiSalvo. Prior to this, she earned an undergraduate degree in art and spent over 10 years as a software developer. Her website chronicles her career and projects from 2009 to 2024, including blog posts, updates, and reflections on her evolving career and research. She has been active in the CSS and front-end communities, speaking at conferences and writing about CSS. Her current research interests include middle-skill computing work and computing education.
