Àlex Rodríguez Bacardit is the founder of Founder to Founder. Coming from a working-class family in Barcelona, he learned the value of money early on. In 2014, he co-founded MarsBased, a development consultancy specializing in Ruby, JavaScript, and Python. MarsBased has grown to a team of 20, plus six contractors, with clients across three continents. He shares his insights and favorite tools through Founder to Founder.

Darshana Khichi is a full-stack engineer with 7 years of experience bringing websites and mobile apps to life. She is the founder of Workbudz, a consultancy startup created during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide tech support, project management, and software development to businesses. Darshana has a passion for philosophy, stoicism, and empowering women in tech. In her free time, she enjoys watching Korean dramas and spending time with her cat, Molly.

Chema is a web technology and project management specialist based in Barcelona. He has worked remotely since 2008. A developer and advocate for Open Source Software since 2004, Chema is curious by nature and enjoys learning, developing new products, photography, and traveling. He has founded and sold multiple small businesses and offers technological consultancy services.

Andrea Contino is a communication professional who enjoys working with video games. He is the author of the blog "Go With The Flow," where he writes about communication, video games, and tech, as well as food, books, music, and TV shows. Douglas Creager is a software engineer at Astral, focusing on type checking and developer tooling for Python. He has a long-standing interest in programming languages. Outside of work, he explores programming languages and develops his own. His background includes low-level performance, reliability, and security analysis of network traffic. He co-edited two draft W3C specifications: Reporting Network Error Logging (NEL). Douglas also runs a consultancy, Walland Heavy Research, bridging the gap between academia and industry, helping academics productionize research and engineers adopt state-of-the-art techniques.
