Gijs van Dam is a researcher, consultant and business founder with over 20 years of experience. He obtained his PhD in computer science at the National University of Malaysia in 2024. His research focuses on privacy in the context of second layer cryptocurrency solutions. He lives in Amsterdam and works on open source projects, including Jonas and Boilerplate Paper.

Konstantinos Chousos is an AI/Security researcher and a member of the UoA AI team. He recently completed his undergraduate studies at the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications of the University of Athens, having worked on his thesis under Professor Thanassis Avgerinos. He also contributes to the RECITALS EU project as part of Professor Manolis Koubarakis’ team. His research interests include AI and its applications, software security, and cryptography. Filippo Valsorda is a cryptography engineer and professional open source maintainer. He maintains the cryptography standard library of the Go programming language. He was the lead of the Go Security team at Google until 2022, and was on the Cryptography team at Cloudflare until 2017. He attended the Recurse Center batches Fall 2013 and Fall 2 2017.
