He works across the Sky and NBCUniversal streaming family, shaping customer support experiences across NOW TV, Peacock, SkyShowtime, and Showmax.

Brad Barrish grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and has lived in Los Angeles, California for longer than he's lived anywhere else. He lives with his wife Laura Hess, their daughter, Cassidy and son, Ozzie. He is currently Chief Technology Officer for Frank & Eileen and creator of Linkity Link. He was previously the COO and co-founder of Clarity, a neurotech company, and remains an advisor for Clarity. Prior to Clarity, he was Vice President of Customer Experience at Oura and Director of Customer Experience at Sonos. He was an All-Star Mentor for Techstars and a Fellow with Conduit Venture Labs. He enjoys collaborating with leaders to foster leadership styles rich in emotional intelligence.

Gijs Verheijke is a Dutch entrepreneur currently living in Singapore. He leads Trust, Safety, and Customer Experience at Carousell, following Carousell's acquisition of his startup, Ox Street. Gijs has a background in finance and has also lived and worked in Bangladesh, Myanmar and Bali. He is passionate about learning new things, including coding with AI, and building new startup ideas. He writes on Substack and his personal website, and recently built Magicdoor.ai, a unified AI interface.
