Julien Brionne is an independent Product Lead. He works with founders and Heads of Product (Series A/B, critical products, teams of 15-50 people) when the product system has grown faster than its ability to make decisions. He helps teams that are delivering and have rituals in place, but find the product becoming more difficult to manage due to accumulated, unresolved decisions. Julien immerses himself in the team to identify decisions that have remained open for too long, simplifies the scope by explicitly stopping certain initiatives, and participates in arbitrations, assuming difficult choices and forcing the organization to make its decisions consistent over time. He has experience in SaaS B2B and B2C contexts, on critical products and platforms, and has held roles of Head of Product and Product Lead since 2012.
