Michael Le is a designer, creator, and leader who thrives at the intersection of design, code, and human interaction. He began his career as a developer for investment banks before transitioning to design to connect people and products. He has delivered designs backed by user research and data through in-house design teams and consulting. Michael has also coached and mentored others in design and development. He led a team of designers and front-end developers at Kounta (now Lightspeed), shaping software for hospitality businesses. He also led the design system (React) between design and engineering teams. He creates plugins for Sketch and Figma and writes about design.
