Prior to his current role, he worked as a Security Operations Engineer, Cyber Security Analyst, Security Analyst, and Technical Support Specialist. He has experience in cyber threat intelligence, incident handling, proactive cybersecurity operations, third-party risk management, threat and vulnerability management, SIEM deployment, security awareness training, and system hardening. He is also published in Cutter Business Technology Journal.

Rubuyath Bahar is the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of REP Outdoor Group. Based in St. Charles, Missouri, she leads the strategic vision and long-term growth of a portfolio of outdoor products and brands. With decades of experience across business development, operations, and international strategy, Rubuyath has steered complex initiatives that expand market reach, strengthen brand equity, and improve operational performance. Her work centers on blending data-informed decision-making with practical leadership. She oversees the strategic direction of a multi-brand company known for innovation in the outdoor products industry and has led initiatives in new market expansion, enhanced distribution strategies, and product diversification.

Austin Rief is the Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Morning Brew. He was born and grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. His interest in the business world began during his junior year of high school. He graduated from Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School in 2013 and started college at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business in 2014. In 2015, he joined Alex Lieberman to build Morning Brew, officially launching it as a daily email newsletter where he served as co-founder and COO. In 2021, he became CEO of Morning Brew and began making personal investments through Austin Rief Ventures. He transitioned to the role of Executive Chairman in 2025. He is also an investor in Oceans Talent.
