Luke Muehlhauser is an independent researcher and writer. His research interests include intelligence, rationality, and ethics. He was previously Executive Director at the Open Philanthropy Project, and prior to that, Research Director at the Machine Intelligence Research Institute (MIRI). He has also worked at Leverage Research and the Center for Applied Rationality. Luke has a background in mathematics and philosophy.
