Paul Riismandel is the creator of mediageek, his internet home since 2000. He has been involved in radio, podcasting, and grassroots media for many years. Professionally, he is President and Partner at Signal Hill Insights, a market research firm focused on podcasting and audio. He is also a co-founder of the Radio Survivor website and podcast. From 1999 to 2013 he worked in educational technology specializing in online video and communication. He produced and hosted the mediageek radio show from 2002 through 2009 and has been producing and hosting talk radio and podcasts since 1996.
