Gonzalo Muñoz Fernández is the Head of People at Samara. He studied Law and Business Administration at Universidad de Oviedo, and specialized with a Master's in Human Resources Management at UC3M. His career has focused on Talent and People functions, including international recruiting at Axalta and leading GTM hiring at JobandTalent. He built the People function at Samara, scaling the team significantly. Gonzalo also serves as a professor at Universidad de Oviedo, teaching in the MBA Master's program.
