Joaquín Sánchez Gil (born in Almargen, Málaga, 1984) is a musician, educator, and popularizer. He enjoys taking things apart and inventing. He is a constant seeker of new sounds, instruments, and music. He plays clarinets, harmonicas, flutes, and various other wind instruments. He shares his knowledge of diverse music, teaches, and records on albums and soundtracks. He has toured with Pasión Vega, Javier Ruibal, and Barcelona Gipsy Balkan Orquestra, among others. He also performs with his own projects, including instrument construction with recycled materials, jazz, world music, and educational performances.
