Chris Harrison has a Ph.D in electrical engineering from RMIT University, with a thesis titled Multi-Analyte Quantisation via Time-Frequency Analysis of Surface Acoustic Wave Device Response. He also holds bachelor degrees in computer science, and computer and network engineering. Chris is currently employed at RMIT University working on an interesting project. His previous roles include a post-doctoral position at Swinburne University of Technology, and an instrumentation engineer position at Monash University. He has also undertaken contract work on various prototyping projects. Chris has a personal interest in manufacturing and fabrication, owning several 3D printers, a CNC milling machine, and a well-stocked workshop.

Sander is currently a postdoc at the University of St Andrews, working on the Grace programming language. Previously, he obtained a PhD at the University of Kent on live programming for end-users. He also worked as a software engineer at Google, and interned at several other companies.
