Rohit Singh is a Managing Director in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, where he leads the Retail (Americas) franchise. For more than 25 years, he has advised companies across apparel, footwear, luxury, specialty retail, and e-commerce on strategic and capital markets matters. He partners with management teams and boards on merger and acquisition and capital market transactions, with clients including Abercrombie & Fitch, Birkenstock, Nordstrom, ON Running, Revolve, SKIMS, Tapestry, and Tory Burch. In 2025, he advised the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Nordstrom on its $6.25 billion sale. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business.
