Alex Eaton is a writer and photographer based in the rocky mountains of Colorado. His photography focuses on landscape, travel, and adventure. He has been featured in Field Mag, Wildland Trekking, and 303 Magazine. Alex runs a photo newsletter called Stillnotes, sharing one image every Thursday with the story behind it, technical how-tos, and more on the art of photography. He also created Rambler, a newsletter documenting a year and a half spent on the road traveling the American west. He is currently working on his first photo book, the culmination of his work on Rambler, and a blog series documenting the process of creating the book. He is also working on a new brand called Lore Outdoors to help instruct and inspire folks who want to get outside.
