lqb2 & co. supports transformation at all scales. At the individual level, they offer 1-on-1 coaching and storytelling. For organizations, they facilitate organizational development, often intervening at the intersection of white supremacy and toxic patriarchy, and frequently involving communications and narrative strategy. At the network scale, they support ecosystem transformation. They are a trainer with the Rockwood Leadership Institute, a CoCreative Collaborator, a Liberatory Consultant with the Leadership Learning Community, and a Transformative Futures Coach with the Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation coaching school. They hold a Master of City Planning and Bachelor of Science in Planning from MIT’s Department of Urban Studies and Planning, with research focused on food systems and food justice/sovereignty.
