Thembi Soddell (born 1980) is a sound artist, electroacoustic composer, and practice-based researcher. Their work focuses on representing and understanding the felt mental impact of trauma, emotional distress and so-called mental illness through abstract, acousmatic sound. Thembi completed their PhD at RMIT University in 2019. In 2020 they received a Regional Arts Victoria Fellowship to research access, sustaining arts practice, and present their work with sound and mental health to their local community. Their work has been shown at galleries such as MONA, ACCA, NGV and SFMOMA, among others. Thembi is non-binary and lives on Dja Dja Wurrung Country, ‘Australia’.

Said is dedicated to suicide prevention, a mission that began after their own experience with suicidal thoughts in 2013. Since 2016, they have been growing into this field and aim to equip 1,000,000 people with suicide prevention skills. Said believes anyone can learn crisis support, offering free atomic essays, videos, and articles to help people confidently support others. They work as a supervisor and team lead at an anonymous helpline. Said also shares personal thoughts and experiences on their blog, focusing on overcoming institutional challenges in frontline mental health work.

Diego Dotta is a developer, designer, and "rider of the chaos from ideation to iteration." He builds in public and his tech journey started with a TK90X computer. He immigrated from Brazil to the US to pursue building Youper AI, a mental health platform. He enjoys curiosity, growth, and making a real difference. He is currently working on Bird Rise, Smart Keys, Tiny URL Games, and Air Fiesta.

Neil Hughes is a comedian and mental health public speaker. He has been public speaking for over twenty years, performing for audiences ranging from two to two thousand people at various events. He speaks entertainingly on many topics, from mental health to building a satisfying career. Neil developed software since the 1980s. He is also available as a comedy consultant to help add jokes to speeches. Neil is a qualified physicist. He is based in the northwest of England and travels all over the UK.

Ania Wysocka is the founder of Rootd, an app for managing panic attacks. She bootstrapped Rootd to over 3.5 million users and 60,000+ reviews across Apple & Google, supporting millions of users in over 150 countries. Previously, she led a digital marketing bootcamp that supported over 6,000 small businesses in British Columbia. She also created and ran a digital marketing bootcamp at Alacrity Canada, partnering with the Province of British Columbia and helping over 6,000 small businesses in BC, particularly those impacted by COVID-19. Ania speaks five languages. Her passions include mental health, travel, and ultra marathon training. Rootd has been featured on the App Store 100+ times and named as one of the “best apps for anxiety” by Healthline, Cosmopolitan, and Women’s Health, and featured in the Time Magazine special edition: The Age of Anxiety.

Nikki Coll lives in Issaquah, WA with her husband and golden retriever, Ume. She has spent the last decade in tech, teaching, supporting, and problem-solving. Currently, she is interested in living well, loving deeply, and building a life that works for her neurodivergent brain. She enjoys writing blog posts, reading about mental health, cooking, and staying active.

John T. Maier is a psychotherapist in private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He also teaches philosophy at Lesley University and Simmons University. He is the author of *The Disabled Will* and *Options and Agency*. His current work revolves around understanding core topics in psychology from a broadly philosophical perspective. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from Princeton and has held research and teaching positions at institutions including the University of Colorado, Boulder, the Australian National University, the University of Sydney, Cambridge University, and Peking University.
