Rob Bowley has worked in technology for over 25 years, starting as a software engineer around the time of the DotCom boom. Approximately 14 years ago, he transitioned into leadership positions. He currently works as a Product & Leadership Technology Advisor, Consultant, Coach & Mentor. He has been part of early-stage start-ups and scale-ups, as well as large-scale enterprises. His leadership experience includes leading teams ranging from small to large, with a focus on building scalable products and creating motivated and productive team environments. He is an early adopter and advocate for Agile practices and created the Agile Retrospective Wiki. He is passionate about contributing to the local tech community and making the tech industry more accessible.

Yihang is a software engineer currently working at Wise (formerly TransferWise), focusing on growing their presence in China. In the past, Yihang worked at Meta/Facebook and freelanced for several companies. Beyond writing code, Yihang is passionate about leveling up other engineers through mentorship and coaching, focusing on career growth or technical skills improvements. Yihang also cares about the products being built and has been a key influencer for product strategy and product experience for most projects worked on. Yihang has professional experience working with the JVM (i.e., Java, Spring, Kotlin, and friends) and JavaScript/TypeScript (including React and NodeJS). U-Zyn Chua is a software engineer who builds, researches, and writes about technology, artificial intelligence, and the open web. He is an angel investor and mentor to startups, especially from Southeast Asia. He also teaches AI engineering to Master of Technology students at the National University of Singapore. For over a decade, he has architected and built technology solutions for businesses and governments. He is the architect of Sand Dollar, the world’s first retail central bank digital currency (CBDC), for The Central Bank of The Bahamas. In 2016, he became Singapore’s first Smart Nation Fellow. In 2018, he was named on the Tatler Gen.T list for innovative talents in Asia. In 2006, he launched Ping.sg. He has a strong interest in open source software and the open web.

Keith Fowler is a seasoned marketer, qualified at postgraduate level with experience gained in the full marketing mix; blending both digital and traditional methods. He is an experienced Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing & Agile Practitioner. He also holds a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring. Keith understands the importance of building strong relationships in an increasingly demanding marketplace and is deeply passionate about using his skills to help create and sustain social value, build communities and connect people. He was involved with Worthing Dads, a group he created for stay-at-home dads. He is also involved with The Aortic Dissection Charitable Trust.

Brad Barrish grew up in Overland Park, Kansas and has lived in Los Angeles, California for longer than he's lived anywhere else. He lives with his wife Laura Hess, their daughter, Cassidy and son, Ozzie. He is currently Chief Technology Officer for Frank & Eileen and creator of Linkity Link. He was previously the COO and co-founder of Clarity, a neurotech company, and remains an advisor for Clarity. Prior to Clarity, he was Vice President of Customer Experience at Oura and Director of Customer Experience at Sonos. He was an All-Star Mentor for Techstars and a Fellow with Conduit Venture Labs. He enjoys collaborating with leaders to foster leadership styles rich in emotional intelligence.

Svilen Dobrev is a programmer who is interested in software and its connection to people.
