He lives and works remotely from rural Maine.

Elizabeth Harrin is an author, trainer, mentor, and APM Fellow who teaches people how to manage multiple projects and still leave the office on time. She supports professional and accidental project managers with the difficult aspects of their roles, such as people skills, juggling priorities, and navigating office politics. She offers mentoring, a community membership program, and free resources through her website. Elizabeth has 20 years of experience as a project manager and has written seven project management books.

Quentin Pain is passionate about business and the people who start them. He has been starting and growing businesses for 45+ years, including QPL Express Couriers (1979), Apricote Studios (1985), Accountz (1999), ProofMEDIA (2014), and the ICA (2020). He is the Founder of the International Copywriters Association. Quentin was also formerly IAB Small Business Mentor of the Year. What motivates him is seeing the joy people get when their first sales start coming through.
