Roni Äikäs is a 17-year-old coder, entrepreneur, and high school student from Jämsä. He has been programming since the age of 7 and started working in the field at 13, also founding his own company at that age. Roni has experience developing open-source projects and has worked for companies like Novu and Dude. He enjoys participating in hackathons and has achieved recognition in competitions such as challenge.fi. Roni is passionate about open-source code and has contributed to projects like Mastopoet, Kalkki, and Sarastus.

Ryan Liptak is a product leader, advisor, and investor. He enjoys building and scaling products and teams. He is currently advising a few companies and investing in early-stage startups. Previously, he was VP of Product at Figure Eight (acquired by Appen). Before that, he led product teams at Yammer (acquired by Microsoft) and Microsoft. He has a background in computer science and design.
