Nancy Ruth is a Canadian-born singer, songwriter, composer, and recording artist. She is a world traveller with a powerful stage presence, and her music is influenced by jazz, latin, and flamenco. She studied music at the Royal Conservatory of Music, Douglas College, and Berklee College of Music, as well as acting and theatre at Langara’s Studio 58. She has toured throughout the world as a pianist/ vocalist and has collaborated with musicians from various cultures. Nancy Ruth spends part of the year in Málaga, Spain, composing new works and currently teaches singers to ‘get the gig’.
