Storage Scholars serves over 200 campuses nationwide and appeared on Shark Tank in 2022, securing a deal with Mark Cuban. Matt documents his entrepreneurial journey and personal interests on his blog, writing about building a business in his 20s, golf, gym training, and routines. Originally from Boston, Matt now lives in Austin, Texas. He co-founded Storage Scholars after deciding against pursuing a career in medicine. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf.

Sara Erickson is an AI-native operations executive. Over six years at Amira Learning she grew with the company from $0 to $80M in ARR and from a handful of people to 220+, across three roles: VP of Customer Success, SVP of Operations, and now Chief of Staff. She built the customer success, sales operations, and talent functions from scratch, took customer success from one person to twenty, and ran the operational integration when Amira acquired a 270-person company. She is now building a company brain at Amira, a single source of truth that agents can draw from.
