Franziska, also known as Franzi Flows, is a Pilates, Yoga, and Barre teacher, as well as a coach for holistic health. Based in Hamburg, she creates safe spaces for people to discover and express themselves through movement. She organizes events, workshops, and retreats in Hamburg and throughout Germany. Currently, she is studying Osteopathy (B. Sc.) and plans to incorporate this into her offerings. Franzi is passionate about helping people feel flexible and free in body and mind, encouraging them to lead happy and liberated lives connected to themselves and their environment.
