Rachel is a queer Korean American woman living in Brooklyn, New York. She previously trained to be a surgeon before leaving that path in 2016, a decision she considers pivotal. Currently, she works at Google, focusing on improving the utility of health information in Search results. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys a variety of activities including nonstrenuous nature walks, spending time with loved ones, engaging with the internet, tinkering, and cycling.
