Andy Fossett is a teacher, writer, and movement educator based in Tokyo, Japan. As the co-founder and CEO of GMB Fitness, he has helped over 125,000 clients in more than 100 countries build physical autonomy. Andy has practiced Taido since 1984, holds the rank of 6th degree black belt kyoshi, and teaches at the Hamacho Dojo in Tokyo. He also serves as Director of the American Taido Association and General Secretary of the World Taido Federation. He is the author of two books and hosts the Autonomy podcast.
