Clarkzjw is currently a PhD student at UVic. Previously, they worked as a backend software engineer at startups in China. They are an Estonian e-Resident and ex-Ingress resistance member. Clarkzjw has native or bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and professional working proficiency in English. Their publications include work on low latency live video streaming over a low-earth-orbit satellite network with DASH and measuring a low-earth-orbit satellite network.
