Stefan Graham is a satellite payload performance engineer and data scientist. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Earth and Space Physics and Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Since 2020, Stefan has been working at the European Space Agency (ESA) on the Automatic Identification System (AIS) payload for ship detection on the Sentinel-1 C/D satellite. His work involves applying advanced wireless communication techniques, developing SAR-AIS data fusion tools, and researching algorithms using deep learning. He also enjoys calisthenics, triathlon training, rock climbing and playing guitar.
