Donna Spencer runs Maadmob, a small Australian freelance/consulting design studio. She specializes in information architecture, service design, product design, and user experience design. With over 20 years of professional experience, she has designed complex systems and services for a wide range of clients across many industries. Donna is a regular speaker at local and international conferences and has written four books on information architecture, presenting design, card sorting, and web writing. She currently works as a Principal Product Designer at MakerX but is still available for teaching and workshop facilitation.
