Andrea is an Internal Family Systems Level 2 practitioner and Master Certified Life Coach (M.C.L.C.). Since 2013, she has been on a path of growth, experiencing transformation in her relationships, life path, and location. She creates soft, healing containers for others, holding space with gentle guidance so that each person may explore their own healing. Andrea is a guide and facilitator, using somatic coaching with the Internal Family Systems modality. She incorporates Resonant Language, Inner Relationship Focusing, Somatic IFS, Life Coaching, Intimacy From the Inside Out, and guided meditation into her work. Andrea is also a copywriter, beginner guitar player, poet, trail runner, and book nerd.
