Felicia Lasmana is a conservation biologist and sustainability practitioner based in Bandung, Indonesia. She has a background in field biology and environmental consulting. Currently a Quality Manager at the HCV Network, she works with scientists, practitioners, and academics in the conservation and sustainability sector. Her research interests include biodiversity assessment, High Conservation Value implementation, and the business-biodiversity interface. She also mentors early-career professionals and writes about ethical tourism, conservation experiences, productivity, and career growth in sustainability sectors.
