Nicola Rushton is a product designer who enjoys creating software for startups and "startups-at-heart." She is a product design generalist with experience in the entire design process, from strategy and early-stage research to high-fidelity UX/UI designs. She has worked with startups and industry leaders such as Pivotal Labs, Google, Atlassian, and Telstra. Nicola is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity and enjoys working closely with engineers. She has run design at startups, been a freelancer, consultant and mentor, and spoken at conferences about collaborative research and ethical design.
