Zach Ware is a private company investor and real estate developer at Freehouse Capital Partners. Previously, he led product at Zappos, was an early-stage VC at VTF Capital, and led a large-scale development of Downtown Las Vegas. He also founded and ran several startups. Zach lives between Austin and Northwest Montana, but will be mostly based in NYC from October 2025 to March 2026. In his spare time, he is a competitive hybrid athlete and amateur river guide. His primary focus is Freehouse Partners, a multi-strategy real estate development firm focused on acquiring and developing generational real estate in hard-to-access growth markets of the Upper Rockies. He also invests and co-owns two operating companies.
