Helen van Baal is a Strategic Designer specializing in design-driven innovation and experiential learning. She combines strategic thinking with creative practice as a designer, educator, and entrepreneur, focusing on positive impact. Helen leverages design as a tool for positive change, creating bold and meaningful solutions. She is a co-founder of Kaospilot in Berlin and a coach at the HPI School of Design Thinking. Her past experience includes roles at the Royal College of Art, SPACE10, the D-School, and Deutsche Telekom. Helen holds an MA in Global Innovation Design from the Royal College of Art and an MSc from Imperial College London.
