Matt Gemmell is a writer of thriller, horror, and suspense novels. He lives in Edinburgh, Scotland with his wife Lauren, their son Calum, and their labradoodle, Whisky. He has a degree in Computing Science and had a career as a software engineer before pursuing novel-writing. He is the author of the KESTREL techno-thrillers series and the Once Upon A Time collections of ultra-short tales. He also has a video advice series about writing a novel and a blog.
